Services we offer:
Nowadays, a lot of original documents are solely available online. However, many institutions still require printed documents to be certified as accurate replicas of the original online version, even if no hard copy exists. To avail this service, your document should be visible on a specific internet address (url) of a website, and an emailed file won’t suffice.
The process of certifying a copy of an online document is uncomplicated. Usually, you need to log in to the relevant website to display the document to the Notary. Then, the Notary Public prints the desired document and verifies that the printed version is an authentic copy of the electronic one. This is especially useful for obtaining copies of electronic invoices, banking or investment statements, verifying enrolment in academic institutions, or safeguarding copyrighted material on a website.
Typically, the Notary will attach a Notarial Certificate to the printed document, which includes their stamp and seal, certifying that they have reviewed both the online and printed versions at the time and can attest that they are identical.
